Proverbs 28:27

He who gives to the poor will lack nothing,
But he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses.

This proverb initially makes me think of the homeless and starving and while I think this is a good place to start, I am also challenged to look in my life for those that may be spiritually poor, emotionally poor, or friendship poor.
