Hi Just a quick post we are off to the hospital Joel has a fever. His Neutro-polys dropped this week they went from 1.43 to 0.6. He had his blood work on Tuesday so they will do another to make sure his Neutro-polys have not dropped any further. They will also do two blood cultures one from his arm and one from his port a cath to rule out infection. We don’t know if we will be spending the night or not. I am hoping it is nothing of any great concern but it is better to get him looked at right away then to have him wake in the middle of the night with a raging fever. I’ll keep you all posted and thanks for your prayers.
