It is not 100% yet but you could very well be looking at the new family home of the Old Path crew. We have looked at countless homes online. Gone through only 9 houses, put offers in on two. Have received a conditional acceptance of one. This sweet home is 124 years young and flew through her home inspection. We are currently waiting on the lenders appraisal of the home. We have been told it is a routine thing and so I am hoping to tell you all officially that we have bought a house in the next few days. Until then you can enjoy the view with me and pray that things move along smoothly.
Above is the view from the second story balcony. When things are official I will give all sorts of crazy details and probably more pictures Thank you to all of you who have been praying for and encouraging us on this journey.
