Proverbs 31: 8-9
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,
for the rights of all who are destitute.
Speak up and judge fairly;
defend the rights of the poor and needy.
This verse encourages me to look at my life who are the poor, needy and destitute who can not speak up for themselves? Do I look the other way ? Am I blind to their needs? What am I doing? Am I speaking up for them?
