Proverbs 25: 16

If you find honey, eat just enough-
too much of it, and you will vomit.

Okay I know Proverbs is full of proverbs urging one the seek knowledge and wisdom. To behave respectfully and justly. I had to pick this one as it is a common sense proverb, I think just about everyone can remember a time when they over did it. had too much of a good thing and ended up regretting it. So when it comes to food and drink act wisely and don’t over indulge! 🙂
